I couldn't help but notice that your Google Maps route map started in Ealing in West London. Co-incidentally, I live in Ealing too! Will PM you, would be great to catch-up.

Yes, you are spot on. Will surely catch-up sometime soon. In fact I have been planning to start a meet thread in London as quite a few bhpians stay here.

The dog seemed to be a mixed breed, not a proper Collie. Yes, both of us keep on talking about them and plan to back there just to see them again!

Am visiting Normandy this summer, so would like some references of good places to visit. Did you took the highways, A28, 29,..,whatever, or the country roads along the coast?

The place is called église de Varengeville-sur-Mer. We avoided the highways as much as possible and took the country roads.
