Planning to go in beginning of March. Do you thing the timing would be right?
February is the ideal month and March may be better. Check with the farm. Phone numbers are available on their website.

The entrance was 200 pp and 500/kg for what you pick.
These people (The Bangalore Berry Company) have become greedy .
Above quoted prices were true till March last year, but now -

Entry fee : Rs 500, up by Rs 300 from Rs 200
Fruit : Rs 800, up by Rs 300 from Rs 500

Wholesome Farms still seem to charge the same price as last year.

Re: Strawberry Picking near Bangalore | Wholesome Farms, Chikkaballapur

I had been to wholesome farms today. The place has developed well in the last 2 years. They are now paving tiled roads till the farm and at the same time have plots, clubhouse, artificial lake in the property. I picked a working day to avoid the crowd and had the entire farm to ourselves.
They sell strawberries as well as roses at the farm. The rates are unchanged, 200/person for visit and 400/kg for strawberry. Roses were sold at 200Rs for a bunch of 10.
There is a new food court started 2-3km before the farm called The Big Bay. They have Starbucks, KFC, Empire, Baskin Robins etc in there.
The drive was as usual, smooth once we crossed Hebbal. I went there in the morning slot (10-1). All in all a good day spent on road and in the farm
