Suing NHAI or for that matter any govt authority is a complete waste of time unless it is just publicity and moral victory you are after.

Road construction in India as far as I have seen is extremely unsafe both to workers and to other road users.

In the Mysore-Coorg road the alignment is such the new road is aligned several feet above or below existing one and with deep falls that can kill anyone. But no warnings, no flashing lights no nothing.

Unofficial as well as official speed brakers are a lot.

It is better to assume the worst while driving on our roads.
