You are achieving what I wanted to achieve in my life.

Take good care with proper breaks , it does not matter if you reach
two more hours late.
What I mean to say is that sleep differs for each person, but with proper breaks
,drinking juice and streching your legs and relaxing a little bit increases concentration and actually by doing so , you would maintain high average speeds.

I do not know , and I just want to know, if there is any relation between
running an engine non-stop for 20 hours ,24 hours etc., and damaged fuel injectors ???

In long journeys , I think proper rest to the car engine is also important.

I checked with Toyota, they said their engines can take more than what I did.
