Our Native Village

This being a long weekend, decided to venture out of the house but not to the malls or crowded resorts but found out...

"Our native Village", India's Only 100% Eco resort

Called them and confirmed my plan on Thursday. Now let the pictures talk.

My Feedback at the end.

Location : Around nowhere in Hessarghatta, 25 Kms from Metro Yeshwantpur, can be accessed from Devanahalli Side too.

Ambience : Excellent, Quiet and natural surroundings.

Food: Good, slightly expensive as they dont include everything in buffet.

Service: Excellent

Activities: Kite flying, swimming, Bullock ride, Pottery, Milking the cow. Some paid activities are a bit expensive.

Stay Options : 24 rooms, packages available.

We took the Yeshwantpur route but came back via Devanahalli (forgot a turn). Takes around 1hr 30min from South Bangalore.

Hey Dadu,
Its different. you and most probably, your child had enjoyed it at fullest.
Eco tourism is booming in India.
In Maharashtra, agri tourism is also booming.
Right in Baramati, 7 km away and we have best spot for agritourism.
People from Mumbai, Pune and foreigners are enjoying this spot on regular basis.
Nice pics of your trip.

Nice pics Dadu. For a moment, after reading the title, I thought you went to your native place and had written the experience about that.

Yeah! yeah, this place is also near Kuteeram, Nitryagram and hessarghatta lake but still feels so isolated, just an expression of speech.

Good one Dadu. Just as Snaronikar, I thought you had been to your native village!

Seem like you had a very different outing. So did you just spend a day or what it an overnight stay?

No just a day trip.

I wanted people to think like that but then it would have been "My Native Village"

Only the last 1-2 km is untarred but gravelled road, now I would rate the roads as very good and you can access it with any car.

In fact I forgot to mention they had cycles if you wanted to ride around. Just ask for it.

Had visited this place last year. Perfect to get away from the city and spend a few peaceful days.

Nice pictures. As other mates told, I too was thinking if its from your Native village
So, seems the current generation kids need to "pay" to actually see those greens, hens, bullock cots, and other fancy stuff we were able to have it for free
