Inviting Shutter Bugs - Random UK Pictures

Friends,

Starting a new thread of pictures from UK.

While this thread will be only of pictures, a very short detail about the pictures may be included.

I will try to feed this thread regularly and I invite all fellow shutter bugs to follow suit and share all UK !

Wow, what a beauty. Any tech specs? While I could see the accelarator pedal and the clutch pedal, the brake pedal was not visible. And what is that snorkel like pipe on the right of the bonnet?

I do have a few pics from the UK, but I've already posted most of them in the official non auto image thread. dont think the mods will look kindly on duplicate images. I'll have to remain spectator.

I believe this is Willy's MB, Jeep used by both US & UK in WW II. This was manufactured by both Willy's and Ford. The pipe you see may be a prop to carry various gear. Senior BHPians may throw more light on this.
