Can anyone advise where to stay in ponmudi. Is the government guest house which is indicated in the pictures available for the stay. If available then whom to contact: Any Phone numbers. Pls advise.

@mansingh - Ponmudi is around 65 kms from Trivandrum. You can base yourself in Tvm & visit Ponmudi as a 1 day trip. Still if you want to stay in Ponmudi, there are 9 cottages managed by KTDC there. They are known as Golden Peak Resorts. The tariffs are:
1) Deluxe room - 2000+tax
2) Premium room - 3000+tax
3) Suite - 4000+tax
