Sad to hear that your tyre wheel is bent. Can't you just get a new tyre and tube and get some guys bang your wheel back in shape? That should be sufficient for now as you can keep that as your spare wheel.
Later when you go for upgrades, you may think of alloys.
If you go to the wheel balancing people, they normally bang the bent wheels back to shape.
