looks like the thread name is changed Abhi. Btw, its mcl0111. I like the 001 ring to it, like 007 though.

Nice story there Rahul. Dont go too high with the contrast and sharpness keep them soft. Good job with the camera !!
Ok, you can all laugh at my expense, I am a good sport.

On a serious note, point noted Riju. Just used Picassa to sharpen the pics a bit and darken the images a little. Wasn't able to shoot manually adjusting the settings as we were in a hurry. We should meet up sometime so that you can give me some tips.

Jenny, you were the inspiration for her to do this. And thanks a ton for the kind words.

So the what was the reaction from BIG brother on seeing his sibling?

So should the topic be changed to McTravel by McCoupe? Simple amazing. Keep it up. I am looking forward to next 11th. 31st "shagun" anniv exploits.
There is something about the way the GV looks that makes me want to buy one. But given the engine options we get here, I would prefer the V6 instead. Btw, I was just looking to see if it was Sharat's car by any chance. Didn't remember the number, so was checking if it had skid plates.

Big brother kept clicking more pics of his sibling! Actually I missed capturing a wonderful sight, the little one fell from a high branch, managed to hold onto a small branch with one hand to balance himself but eventually came crashing to the ground.

Thats the thing about them iceman7. They maybe really huge in size, but in water, the lightening quick reflexes they show can almost be unbelievable. I have this huge thing for wild animals. Must plan a trip to Jim Corbett National Park some day or go to Kenya or something.

@ Rest: Thanks a ton for the kind words.

Benny, not sure if we will be traveling out of town next month. It all depends on our mood and decisions are made spontaneously. Planning to do a trip to K.Gudi or Kabini with some friends next month, so....

Rahul if its the Tamron 18-200 that you are using, can you post a pic which has been shot at 200mm here. A friend is looking to buying one for his Canon.

Nope! Picking up the Canon 50-250mm IS lens. This lens is karthikkumar's. He was kind enough to let me keep it for a while since the breakfast meet. Karthik, thanks a ton, I owe you one. I couldn't have captured any of these pics with the 18-55 kit lens. Thanks once again.

Riju, the last pic (of the cute little birdie) I put up saying "my favourite pic of the trip" was shot at 200mm.

Jenny, I think after this there are going to be more than just the two of us here.

Well the "big" brother was so excited that he kept clicking pics. Normally, when you meet your siblings you greet them with a hug, this one greets him with a flash.
