Guys,

Its no longer Amby Valley. As per numerology, its now "Aamby Valley". It is truly stunning. A lot of corporates plan their outings there.

Sam,

Did you go on the Pirate boat? Also the Naga village?

AFAIK, if you don't own the place, you cannot enter there. Plus they were initially not allowing individuals to make a booking there but they might have changed now. In excess of 25,000 per day.

I will answer on his behalf:
We did not go on the Pirate boat as this was anchored at this time. Instead we took a smaller boat and crossed the lake to Naga village, which was empty, of course. In any case, Sam will provide you with pictures of that tomorrow.

You cannot go and stay there as a normal tourist. Unless you know somebody who owns a property this world is not open to public, at least this is what we have been told.

Thank you for the note Jenny. Aamby Valley is marketed through a 3rd party and they have their sales office in Andheri. I have reached home now and hence cannot share their details right now but i am sure they they have changed the way they function now. All thanks to the recession.

PS: In the ghat section, one can have his/her wedding arranged. Jenny, getting ideas?

PS: Sam, sorry but couldn't resist giving this idea to Jenny!

PS2: I am no way associated to Aamby Valley folks but I know all this as their marketing team had approached me trying to sell the property!

Nice pics.
I would not like to live in a place like this even if i was in the so called 'Privileged' group. Hustle bustle in delhi is great!

Thus we should all continue to call it 'Amby Valley' itself!

No offence to anyone who believes in numerology.

No need to apologise. Jenny has even grander plans than that, lol. We're going to try to find a ghat in Germany. lol.

Is this place located on the hills? Just wondering as it can be very hot out there, all that greenery and landscaping notwithstanding.

Have heard about this place a few years ago when Sahara gifted houses to some of our famous cricketers. More recently there was a thread about BMW showcasing their cars there. Nice pictures sam. I do see an esteem in the last pic. He he.
