A picturesque landscape

Wow, i am running out of words, if this is just the tip of the iceberg, i cant imagine what else is in store for us.

Hey lovely pics you've taken!

Brings back some wonderful memories!Bruges is indeed a lovely place. Completely Medieval! While visiting there some years ago I made acquaintance with a gentleman of middle years - local resident. He was walking along the canal bank and feeding some bread crumbs to the geese that were lurking around there (in which activity I was happy to join him - nice fat geese they were, so I guess practically everyone must have been feeding them something or other!).
I chatted with him for a bit and he was a very warm, welcoming and nice man. After feeding the geese, we went off and had a glass of some of that lovely belgian leffe brun together in the Grandplatz. Unfortunately those days I didnt own a digicam only an old regular film type so no digipics only physical ones!
Lovely town. Nice people and oh so terrifically scenic! In the depths of Winter it is even more beautiful - cold and crisp.
thank you for sharing. It brought back a warm memory to me!
