Hey CL, thanks for the comment, actually i feel pretty good about the pictures as it was taken in a mobile and also that since the sun was bright i just had to assume to what was being taken. The rest of teh sanps are coming today. The whether there is quite hot as always but everytime i visit the place it rains.

Hi Majic,
It is a great Tranquebar or Tarangambadi Fort before Karaikal. It is a great work of the Dutches. I would love to visit again.Let the time permit. I believe there are some ruined forts may be in Parangipettai and cuddalore. Isn't it.

Navan49, i have heard about the Parangipettai fort, but i heard it is in a bad condition. Most of my travel is on train to these parts for the next trip it would be in a car and so i would cover all these places also.

Shishir, i have to make a living also but since you are reminding me time and again, please bear with me for 20 minutes and i will update.

WDM007, the fort was there much before the British had come will find out and let you know today itself

Majic do you have any pictures that were taken inside the fort. I am curious to know the condition of the fort. last time i visited (4 years back) they told that entry has been restricted due to maintenance work.

So here comes the last set of photos,

Elantra GT, the maintainence work of the fort is over,most of the areas it is completed, but when we went it was early morning and so we didnt enter inside.
