Dear Robi, no doubt your photography skills are no less than any professional's and I am tempted to use many of your photographs as screen-savers. Though, a pictures speaks louder than words, we expect a little detailed description of your excursion.

surfeus: Thanks a lot for the feedback. However, as I had said before, it was just a three day trip and the purpose of the entire excursion was photography. There isn't really much to write about other than what I have already posted. But having said that, if you want me to explain/elaborate any particular thing please let me know.

I am going to post another set of bird pics..nothing much to explain though, its along the sames lines same as my last post..

Absolutely!

Just what I felt!

Although Kerala(where I'm from) with its beaches and backwaters is scenic enough this is a different sort of rugged natural beauty that is unsurpassed anywhere else. Just goes to show India has every type of terrain, climate and people within its boundaries.

hey robi, nice shots. i stayed at the retreat too. nice place. so peaceful there. i stayed going up and coming back, i skipped bomdila the retreat was so nice.
i remember the next 20 kms or so north of the retreat were so hard. in the rain, fog, landslides, steep road and with electrical problems, no head light on the bike!

Awesome , Beautiful ! What was your final itinerary ? It would serve well as one to be followed when TBhpians want to make trips to Arunachal.
Wish you many more trips and a great 2010.
Cheers!
