Neat. But in the wild, it looked bigger. And we (non swimmers) were on tiny, shaky fishing boat, not on land!

Ha ha. So it wasn't the dolphin that was scary. It was that you were non-swimmers on a tiny shaky fishing boat!
Dolphins are one of the most friendly creatures and I don't think there's anything like in - the - wild for dolphins.
I swam with dolphins in Florida Keys. Couldn't take my camera underwater though. They were so gentle! It's something I can't find words to describe.

The slimy thing is a jellyfish for sure.

And INR 500 per night at Haathi Mahal is a steal. It is one of Goa's finest.

I heard swimming with dolphins is therapeutic! Receiving attention from unexpected quarters can do wonders to one's health apparently.

Hobbes is my avatar because the only other famous cat is TOM from Tom & Jerry Fame. But unfortunately, only Hobbes is the 'smart'cat

There was not much crowd at Palolem beach 5 or 6 years back. But after Bourne Supremacy, the crowds are getting bigger and bigger.

Where are his tentacles?

My friend had to listen to a 2 hour lecture/tour of Hathi Mahal's facilities by the membership sales guy though . That almost killed him

Now for some videos.

A not-so-interesting video on the road to Hebri. Thankfully, the engineers here don't know how to build straight roads!

This second video shows the way to get to the 'secret' beach near Cabo De Rama Fort.

I didn't know that. But I loved every bit of the swim with dolphins. I also swam with eels, hermit crabs, and shoals of small multicolored fishes in the atlantic ocean. Will probably get some photos of that in a small travelogue later.

And regarding the smart cat, Isn't Garfield Smart too?

Fat and lazy is more apt description for Garfield!

Good idea, but this might take a few days

You are right. Did a Google image search for 'Indian Empress' - looks a lot bigger than this one. Wonder who owns this boat on Mandovi River?

Continuing with Bharat Darshan, coming up next is the road trip pictures of Himachal Pradesh.
