Wow Guys!! Thanks a lot for a wonderful virtual tour of Kodai, it brings back fond memories of a trip I did as a school kid back in '88.

Wonderful pictures and I just loved the way you have narrated which does not actually do justice to the fun you've had.

Berijam lake is offlimits to cars is it? I remember the trek to the place from coaker's walk as part of boot camp training to go mountaineering in the Himalayas, we did it in November when it was freezing with minimum woollens, we had to sleep in a tea shop at the edge of Berijam lake, wonder if it is still there, wistfully, have never been able to revisit, this strengthens my resolve to do a Kodai trip.
