What is the best time to go to Kodai? After monsoon? Or year end? But i guess it will be crowded that time. What say?

Best time is obviously summers, cause of the weather; but if you wanna enjoy all the various falls in its full glory i guess you should do it in Jan and feb, transition between summer and winter. Expect it to be very cold though.
