Congrats on your graduation!

Thats nice writeup. A nice surprise to your wife.

Can you tell something more about the Skywalk Bridge? It looks interesting. Is it long? I can see fibre glass at the bottom. Must be good to see the valley through it.

If you have more pics to post, please do so.

Skywalk is I think available at GRT and is not a tourist spot.
Is it not?

SKYWALK is a bridge in the GRT Nature trails constructed by the owners of the resort for the guests to have a panaromic veiw of the salem city on the down hill. On the Path of the bridge you find a portion of the the floor is fitted with Toughened glass.
Walking above the glass gives a feel like you are walking in Sky with green & land 25feet below & sky above.

@TaureanBull: Thanks for the comments. Skywalk bridge is about 25 ft long and made of fibre glass. But i must say the view through the fibre glass is not all that great. Its a fun thing, but not meant for valley view. However, the roof top restaurant in GRT gives a great valley view and Salem city view. During dinner time. they play music in the background and this backdrop makes the ambience very good

@ampere: Yes, thats not a tourist destination. Skywalk is the bridge that connects the rooms to the GRT restaurant called Salem Heights and everyone clicks a snap here!!!

@sree70: Thanks for the pics on Skywalk. Nice pics Sree
