My Norway Trip

I am back with another travelogue, this time its Norway.
I was in Norway and Netherland for a week last month.
Since this was my official trip, so very less of site seeing, whatever I could see during my stay for two days I am putting it up here.
Norway is known for land of midnight sun, yes sunset is only for one hour and that too there is no dackness.
detail travelogue will fallow, right now enjoy the pic

Guys I am doing a lot of travelling nowadays,so a lot of travelogue from my side will be posted here .There is Japan visit which I had done last week, then Italy, and next week I shall be travelling to Singapore. so guys sit back and enjoy the pic.

Ooh La La...One of my favorite places on the earth that I could visit on my cruise liner days. The natural beauty and the infrastructure they have is simply amazing.

Norway... sounds yummy. Waiting for the pics. This is one place which i wanted to visit when i was in UK, but couldnt. So i will sit back and relax!

So the travelogue unfolds-

My net connection is still down, still trying to sort out some minor issue.

I am sending this message by my mobile phone. I shall load all the pic tomorrow morning from my office.

My boss calls me in his cabin and informs me that I have to go to Norway for a meeting, now the evil mind of mine started to tick and that night after a lot of thinking my plan was ready.

First I had to see how I can increase my stay in Norway, a quick search at make my trip web site helped me. So my one day meeting was converted to three days.

My meeting was on Monday( 14-jun) , so I arranged my ticket in such a way that I arrived in Norway on Sunday morning ( 13-jun) so that I have time to see Norway on Sunday, then work on Monday and on Tuesday I had to leave for Netherland, so booked evening flight for Netherland so that I have time to see Norway on 15-jun also.

My flight was on time swiss air ( 11.55 pm ), arrived at the airport good three hours before the departure , took my boarding pass and did the immigration, the whole process took me 1&1/2 hour as there was lot of rush being a weekend. Went to KFC for some light snacks bought one chicken burger a coke and settled down to review my flight plan

My flight plan was like this-Mumbai to Zurich, Zurich to Oslo, Oslo to Amsterdam, Amsterdam to Mumbai.

I was bit worried as the change over time at Zurich was only 45 mim, so if my Mumbai – Zurich flight gets delayed then I have a big problem.

My flight boarding was announced and I proceed towards the gate and in to the airplane, took my seat and waited for the flight to take off.

My flight was delayed by ½ hour but I was assured that the flight will be on time.

One interesting thing happened in the airplane, before the take off the whole cabin was sprayed with some chemicals to kill harmful germs which might have come along with passengers. These europium people are always careful and keep their country clean.

We were offered some light snacks , after having those I went back to sleep with sweet dreams of me enjoying the Norway...

next entry some time at night today or tommorow morning.

I arrived at Zurich at 6.30 am and had to rush for my next flight, did the imigration and was at the departure gate for my next flight to Oslo.
