Nice Pics Rahul, a bit more explanation from where you started, how you reached and where did you stay will be bit more informational.

hi ranjith ,
i went on a self drive expedition ,three other members from team bhp , mandeep aka renege, soumen aka kandisa in his jeep mm440 , amar in his gypsy , i was in a mistubishi cedia as my car was not ready at that time .
we started from delhi stayed at nalagagh.nest day we went to manali after a night halt we started towards our next destination jispa but we were bogged down by a landslide and took sis hours to pass that blocade .reached jispa late at night stayed at padma lodge i think a hotel of the ower of hotel ibex best food i had on the trip was here.
started next day from jispa enroute road were very bad , lots of rain , in moore plains were its said to be dry and dusty , it was all wet and slushy cedia nad a wagon r in our convoy had some trouble in crossing the slush , crossed tanglangla at night in pitch dark condition reached lah at night 1.00 am.
in leh we stayed at shangrila hotel .
in next two days we covered pangong lake .then we went to nubra valley (anyone going should plan to stay for more days here as its extremely beautiful).
we styed for a day there.
we were supposed to leave for srinagar next day but due to conditions over there and because of my daughters school we dropped out and styed in leh while the convoy proceeded to delhi.
we had two days in hand as tickets were not avalaible had no choice but to buy first class tickets .
spent two days seeing pathar saheb , monasteries .
we were lucky as within next two days tragedy struck leh .

Enjoyed your pictures very much. Some of the deity figures are really scary. And the sizes are quiet impressive too.

Did any of the places in your pictures got destroyed in the floods?

hi san , thank you for your comments , thankfully none of the places i visited was touched by the tragedy , i think only pather saheb was partially hit in that unforseen event
