The road from Chinnamanur to Panchayat building is freshly asphalted and is in good condition. A few hairpin curves are yet to be asphalted, but otherwise they are not too challenging. You can easily reach Highways town on any vehicle, including a low slung sedan.

If you drive very carefully and at very low speed (first gear only) you can manage to reach the Woodbriar bungalows even in a low GC vehicle. I am not sure whether they will arrange for a vehicle to pick you up. But I have seen some Sumos hanging around, so probably they may do that. Please talk to them.

DrANTO, the Woodbriar estate bungalow booking is done through their website: http://teabungalows.com/meghamalai/. I stayed in Sandriver bungalow, and it was a very nice experience. The other two bungalows are opposite.
