@gajadonga, amazing travelogue man and I am really grateful to you for the effort you took to take these pics and post them here. How many of us get to see these places- very very few. It's really nice to see your pics giving a first hand account of some far off unknown places.
Congrats keep it up

After our trip to the top of Swiss alps was over was feeling contented that I could finish this trip on schedule.
We reached back to Interlaken OST for our journey to Frankfurt.
We had about 40mins time in the station for our connecting train to come on to the platform.
This was a busy train so I reserved my railpass in the InterlakenOST station.
The train was on time and it just passes along the lake of Interlaken which gave us a beautiful view of this lake.
We arrived in Frankfurt on time in the evening 8pm

We went around Frankfurt city.We could see the old and new buildings adjacent to each other. We visited the museum and the riverside and proceeded to the opera house.
I was to leave in the afternoon to Strasbourg in France for the final phase of my travel so went round the city for 2hrs and was back in station for my 12.50pm train.

I was in station for the next journey to Strasbourg in France.
My train was at 12.50pm and I had to interchange my train at a place called Offenburg and my interchanging time was 6mins.
I had to reach Offenburg at 2.28pm to platform 1 and I have to rush to platform 4 for the train at 2.34pm and had to cross it through the subway of the station.
My train arrived 2mins late at 2.30pm and I had to rush from platform 1 to 4.
I can never forget the importance of time in this situation.
I was puffing and panting trying to run but could not with difficulty I could pull myself on to the train and the moment I enterted the train the automated door closed behind me.
It was a close call, anyway could make into the train.
I was to disembark at Kehl and cross over the bridge to Strasbourg as the railway bridge was under maintainance.
I was wondering wheather there would be a checkpost when am crossing from Germany to France but there were no checkposts.
Someday even in our country also these kind of things can happen with our neighbouring countries?
Arrived at Strasbourg and I took the local tram to reach my hotel.

I can understand this situation; most Indians do fail miserably to cope up due to their stretchable time schedule when they go to west. I was fortunate enough & should Thank my teachers who made me understand the value of time in my school.

I used to stay in St Paul in MN & we'd some good public transport (Metro Transit - Home) & that was before I learned driving. They usually come to the bus stand ahead of the schedule, wait at the bus stop & then move on time. We also had a similar looking (the last pic) train or tram over there.

How about the crowd? If the public bus is crowded, do people stand & travel. Some additional info on this is appreciated.

The trams pass through every 10mins so the train is not packed.Yes people do travel standing also. The speed is around 20-30kms/hr.
