Monsoon gets wild in sangla valley. So be prepared for temporary road blockages. Its all luck.
Noida - Kalka is 5-6 hours
Noida - Narkanda is 10-11 hours

Narkanda-Chitkul ~ 6-7 hours and Kalpa is 5-6 hours
2 nights in Kalpa and 2 in chitkul are good.

You can skip Narkanda, so Kalka-Kalpa(10-11 hours). Its better to stay an extra night in chitkul than narkanda. Its not worth staying unless you go in snowfalls season
