Hey Unicorn_i20,

Do you mind sharing your photos with any T-BHPian in Bangalore?

At least he can upload them on this thread, for our viewing pleasure. You can post your travel stories at your own convenience.

Hey Unicorn,

Why this abrupt end to the travelogue?

Yours is the only thread that surfaced when I searched Barcelona.
Please update it.
Am planning a trip next month and was expecting some pointers from your trip.

it happens everywhere specially in cities with lot of tourists.

tourists get mugged, cheated etc.

i have seen it first hand here in london, paris and zurich.

Re: the vibrant and lively city of Europe, BARCELONA!!!

Hi Guys,

I am travelling to Barcelona for a 8 day trip (my wife to attend a conference lasting 5 days, my 3 year old son and self to Enjoy).

Would anyone be able to help us with some pointers on what to see and what to do ? Please.

This is the first time that we are going abroad and here is what I have planned. Any suggestions from you will be great.

1) For the first 5 days - hang on around the beaches and see the zoo. Wife will be attending the conf for most part of the day.
2) Aquarium - my son is crazy about water and fish.
3) Museum - not decided on which one. None of us are museum persons but I think it will be sacrilege if we go to Barcelona and not visit one of those.

I can google and find out a lot of tourist info but I am more inclined to know a personal account and recommendations.
I will resort to the google button only as a last resort.

Dear Lord Yeti - travaller of the World and Wizard of Words, have you been to Barcelona ?

Thanks.
