Just wondering what alloys would suit a maroon Accent
Should I go in for Chrome finish or Hyper silver finish alloys?

I'm not a fan of the chrome stuff, so I'd recommend the Hyper Silver. Both my cars (one's silver, the other's pearl white) have hyper silver rims, and I think they look great.

With certain neutral colors (whites, greys, blacks) you could even check out hyper black rims (they tend to give the car a meaner, more purposeful look, but I don't think they'd go with a maroon paint job. Hell no.

Chrome, in my opinion, looks a little tacky. I remember watching an episode of top gear where Clarkson questioned Americans' infatuation with chrome rims, considering that chrome rims went passe in Europe more than thirty years ago.

Having said that, it really comes down to personal preference. Go to a store that has a decent selection of rims, ask the guy to mount a couple of them on the car, and see what floats your boat.

Please post pics if you do wind up getting them, though. By the way, some of the most fun I've had with my cars (when I've not been behind the wheel) was researching alloys trying to decide on what to get. It's a labour of love, and finding the right set of rims makes you feel pretty cool every time you look at the car. Whatever you do, don't compromise. Get a set of rims that you really like. It's you who has to live with the car.

Good luck.

Quite a unique pattern on those tires! How is the ride quality with 205/65/13?

These Falken's used to be a very popular aftermarket fitment a few years back.

Love it
They're essentially 'all weather' tires but they're especially good during the wet weather.
No hydroplaning, awesome road grip and highly stable even at speeds of 145kms+

Well, its totally a personal choice.
In my opinion i would go for chrome finish, But they also requires more cleaning and care as compare to Hyper silver, As ghostrider suggests do proper research before buying them.

These are on my OHC.
15" alloys
205/R15 Goodyear Eagle F1 tyres
These tyres are horrible. Made a lot of noise and became hard. Later i learnt that they were not suited for indian roads.
Changed to dunlop sp9000. Very happy with them.

Trade in the OEM tires, perhaps? I think he does mention 'Loyal Customer' and then again, he opted out of the Gold coin offer. It all makes sense to me! If I am not wrong that is.

The car looks great, could you post pictures of the side profile and a close up of the alloys please if its not too much trouble. I can barely see the alloys.

Thank you.
