1. I got a VFM quote of Rs.4100/Tyre for 195/60/R14 for Michelin Energy XM1+ whereas, nobody in the city is ready to offer below Rs.4500.

2. Free Wheel Alignment and Balance

3. No Charges for using Credit Card

While at the shop, i found one guy interested in buying my tyres and alloys, so quoted him total price of Rs.10K for 4 alloys and 5 tyres ( 35K kms done). He is darn interested to take them.

HR or Plati ( Black and Silver Finish) quoted 12K but i am going to pay him 11.5K for a set of 4 alloys.

5 Michelin Tyres ( 195/60/R14) : Rs.20,500
4 Alloys : Rs.11,500

A) Total : Rs. 32,000

B) Buyback : Rs.10,000

Effect Spend : Rs. 22,000

Isn't that a good deal?

Thanks Suren

Going in for alloys and tyre change itself is major decision at this point of time. So reason for settling for 4 alloys is primarily to reduce the burden to some extent.

but, as you can see i have settled for the costliest ( or almost) tyres in the market so in a way i am not cutting any major corners
