@Raveendra, I had been along with Rajesh contributing towards the economy on the food trail. But, as you rightly said, ghanpur incident stuck to my mind and i decided if i am going to be on highway next, it has to be on new rubber. Well, being the eager beaver that i am, i just couldnt wait up for next couple of drives being on the passenger side, so i took the plunge

@Krishna, thanks man and i have the idea to paint the drums. I will in a few days figure out what color should that be...Orange, Purple, Pink or something else

I was always fond of deep dish and lip alloy wheels and i found a wheel that matched both.

Wheels : 13" Apollo Acelere Acelere wheelz - SH 39 -- Rs:2900 per wheel

Tires : 155/65R13 Michelin XM1 -- Rs:2355 per tire

Wow shakensoul, those alloys look super sexy on your Alto. You are tempting me with the deepdish design, haven't seen them on 13" till now.

One question, any idea what is the alloy offset? They seem to be sticking out more than usual.

Thanks. No idea about the offset, i just know that they are 5.5j wheels. Actually, i wanted to go for 165/65/13(because i wanted the tires to stick out a little bit) but the tire dealer said it may scrape the wheel well. But these wheels made the 155/65/13 tires to stick out and i was happy with the look so decided on these.

Indian website? You can't really order international because shipping is killer, and tyres aren't easily allowed into India.

hey bbs, very nice set of wheels you got there. since the spokes are thin it doesnt seem bulky even though it is a 13 inch rim. and the pricing is pretty sweet as well!
