Alloys

Taiwan made alloys. Not sure about the brand name. 14 inch. Costed around 17k for set of 5 including special nuts for alloys.

I am aware that sticker doesnt look very good but it does the job for which it is there and that is hiding a big scratch which makes it look much ugly. Atleast with the sticker it looks good. It certainly doesnt look out of place in my opinion and somehow i couldnt get any other sticker and this is only there till i get more scratches on bumper and then i will get it repainted and will then get rid of sticker.

Your opinion is appreciated . I knew there will be lot of people commenting on that.

Civic Hr 411

I have recently fitted my Black Civic with HR 411 alloys.

Price : 22,500 for 5 sets inluding wheel balancing.

without any exchange of stock rims since they are only rated @100

@Dip27in - Awesome design, dude. I remember seeing those alloys in the last meet. They look understated as well as sporty!

Dont worry too much about not getting an exchange price for your steel wheels. I also got a pathetic rate (some INR 150-200 per rim). The fact is, any vehicle that does not do commercial vehicle service has no market for second hand rims!

Its a better idea to keep the wheels with you (as I did). These are imported alloys, usually made in limited editions. God forbid, in case of a serious accident where one or more alloys break, it will be difficult to find replacement alloys. The stock wheels can keep you on the road in that case.

Yes, the E model does come with Steel wheels and hub caps. Check out this pic of Dip27in's car (before fitting those heavenly alloys):

THanks ashutosh for the suggestion. However the real problem is that its not just a scratch. A small chunk(chip) of paint has come off from that area. Its not a very big area though may be just as big as ball pen cap so i cant just use com paint. I need something to fill that chip and then may be use com paint unless you can give me a rocking idea which i can try next weekend and add to that Some kids were playing badminton yesterday and that kiddo by mistake hit the spoiler with it and force was such that one chip of paint came off from there as well though again it is small but heck looks bad and Its actually very deep.
