Hi DR , It's a great feeling knowing that everone liked your choice. Guess your efforts to look for those rims really paid off well isnt it?

Found these on a Lancer at a second hand car dealer. Was quoting 2.7L for this 2001 baby.

Fortunately the lambo wheels dont look like that of the lancer's

Edit: IIRC lambo made similar design wheels for the gallordo(when it was in the concept stage)

Finally

Hi Bhpians,

I finally have swapped my rims to brand new alloys, I wanted my ride to be different (bling factor) so decided on not putting white alloys as every second white car with alloys is white.

Took an awful lot of time to freeze on the shade and had more or less made my mind on the metallic blue shade though was a little skeptical on the result.

Recently on an overseas visit to South east asia saw a white hatch with metallic blue wheels and instantly made up my mind to go ahead with that shade.

Now there was one big trouble in my mind as i had changed the tyres to Apollo Accelere Sportz 185/65/R14 and have just 4K kms done. Also since its my first diesel car i had my doubts on upsizing and resulting pro's and con's. I did ask for suggestions in this forum but unforunately for the 1st time i did not get any feedback . So i decided not to upsize and started my search for a 14" version, after a lot of enquiries and visits i finally have it.

Here are the pics.

Am looking forward to your reccomendation before i go ahead with the purchase, also suggest tyres Michellin or Yoko's .

Looking good. I have seen this color for the first time. Refreshingly different.
You should change the cap on the wheels to a matching color.
