100PCD wheels can be shaved to 98PCD, which hardly takes 5 minutes.

Its very safe and I've seen someone do that. All they do is file the holes about 2mm to make it 98 from 100. However this cannot be done for other PCD wheels.

Its possible for 89 to 100 since they are close, only 2mm pcd difference.

It can be done, but it's risky. You are basically making the hole in which the nut sits wider than what it was designed for. There is too much space in between which does not bode well for high speed stability.

Alloy wheels are around 20K. You can talk to Nikhil to find a good deal for your car. Mine should be Black alloys not white. Here is the original S021 in black.

OK, let me get this straight.

By customised, I meant that this design is not available in 98 PCD, I had it drilled in 98 PCD (in the production stage). This design is available only in 100PCD 4BH & 5BH (Fabia). This design has a muscled & sporty look.

Only AURA offers 98 PCD wheels in India, but designs are very limited because of the dismal sales of Fiat cars.

The paint is Hyper Silver. AURA uses paints from DuPont or Aksonobel. The paint quality on most of the Chinese/Thai alloy wheels is not good & they lose shine after 6-8 months. There are some good brands though - like Lenso & Konig, but are slightly expensive.

The cheaper Chinese alloys also use cheap quality aluminium alloy & are neither tested nor approved by any governing body, hence are dicey on the safety aspect. Also they offer no warranty.

With AURA, one thing is for sure that they are the best suited for Indian cars & road conditions & they are tested on those cars & approved by ARAI (although their internal testing standards are even more stringent than ARAI & comply to TUV - Germany norms)
