This is not my car, but I really liked the design.
One of the rims were bent.

@sumit bahl: the alloy company of the swift is FR and not HR (as far as I know HR is a renowned company)..that might be a reason for the bent.

Yea, I know.

I never said its HR.
HR is reputed company. Anyways, you can even bend or break KONIG alloy, or for that matter, any other alloy.

As I said, its not my car. So, I do not know what caused the bend.

Hello all,

Upgraded the wheels of my Golf VI to 17''.

Alloys: VW Seattle, 5x112, 7JX17 ET 54
Tyres: Bridgestone Potenza RE 50, 225/45/17 91W
Price (4x Alloys + 4x Tyres): €800.00 (1 month old but without scratches and 7mm-8mm rest profile). New price by VW is €2,200.00. I guess I got a good bargain here.

My O My. How beautiful are those wheels. Great choice. Have given the car a new character. 1 month old wheels at almost one-third the original price is a bargain in every sense of the word.

Simple looking alloy Raghu.Please post informations of tyre size and also the cost of alloys.Is it 13" or 14" alloy?

^^ Yes, Stock 145/80 R12. These rims are 4.5J, while OE rims are 4J. My left front touches the mudflap on full lock to the left, otherwise no problems (so far) !

@shk 8896: The tyres are 185/60/R14 on a 14" alloy. The total came up to 34k.
