Wow! The car is looking super nice with these bigger rims.

But 5500 rs/tyre? That's real cheap, I hope the pricing is not directly proportional to the quality of these tyres.

Your car looks real hot with those wheels, but its a bit too much silverish for my liking (Personal Opinion )

Thanks. Yeah, the only other option I had was Pilot Sport 3 - which was close to 12,000 per tyre. I didn't have the budget, but wanted to upgrade. So no choice. Finally settled for NSII's after reading lots of reviews. (this is strictly a South-Delhi-only car).

The gist is that they're great summer tyres - which is ideal for a place like India. And superb bang for the buck.

And since I've recently become a dad - my days of 'spirited' driving are over at least for the time being. For the kind of driving that I do now, rarely crossing even 80kmph, any tyre would be fine.

Thanks again - these are hyper silver - pretty much the standard colour. They're looking extra shiny because i've polished them up and because they're clicked with a spanking new EOS 5D Mk 3 I was never a fan of smoked or black wheels because I felt you can't really see the design from a distance.

They look awesome. I'd finalised the same on Platii's website for my ANHC. how much did they cost you and what size should look good on my city, 15" or 16"??

Hi,
Would anyone know where I could get VW stock rims painted in Bangalore ? I intend to get them painted gunmetal grey over the current silver.

No Offense mate, kudos to you, but somehow I now see the car as grossly undertyred! it looks malnourished, as if riding on some skeletal rims.
Dunno if the Black overall look adds to the illusion

Nice rims dude. How much for the set? I just got the same size rims for my Civic, info is on this page itself, a few posts back.

And 205/40 R17.... Are you sure that's the correct upsize? I haven't checked, but the reason I ask is because the wheel wells look kind of empty. I feel it should have been 205/55 or something. Like I said, I haven't checked. What's the OEM size for the i20 crdi anyway?

Looking great, so finally you got 17" rims. Now how about some tints, and maybe a black roof And what about the bodykit now?
