Sorry I don't have the options for sending you the contact details via the PM. Just lookup the site for Mahindra XUV under Vehicles and you'll find the options there. I had the wheels(orginally Hyper Silver) painted White the moment they landed at my door and hence you are unable to find.

Thanks very much o.D, the car is a looker man. Those wheels are doing justice to the XUV.
- Why 255/60/17 and not 255/65/17? Think the original specifications is 235/65/17. What if I get 265/65/17's - 12.5 K per tyres Bridgestone.
- With the 255's, have you felt a drop me KMPL?
- What's the model of the alloys i.e. from Sai Mag wheels website, is that H338?
- How much did these cost? Did you get a set of 4 or 5?

Hey TEJ,

- I tried hard to get atleast Bridgestones the OE specification but not luck whatsoever, chanced upon 60 profile Honkook and knew 255 was not going overboard in width.
With the option that you are suggesting its definitely going to foul with the inner wheel arch and the mudflaps. IMO stick to the OE tyres only if they are Bridgestones and just upgrade the Alloy wheels.
- Nope. But the ride quality has definitely improved.
- Yes that's the one.
- For the pricing would suggest you personally give them a shout for the quote and I pickedup a set of 4. Have retained a OE rim for the spare.

BTW what color is your ride going to be.

Got the ride in May 2012, but its done only 2k km's as I am here in UK, and no one drives it at home. Its a Silver XUV. So what colour do you suggest for the alloys?
Correct, I can't find any 255/65/17's online, hence will probably keep the front tyres original JK's and will get rears changed to 265/65/17. think that should be fine. Most of the XUV's in UK come with that kind of spec. My X5 M Sport has 295's at the rear and 265's at the front. pl suggest o.D?

On another note, What difference does it make when you say if it's OEM Bridgestone, keep those. if it's not Bridge stone and actually JK's than don't, what difference will that make? think both OEM Bridgestone or JK's come in same size i.e. 235/65/17.

Your XUV looks fabulous! But going by the last muddy snap, it's crying out for wheelarch extensions both for aesthetic and safety reasons - maybe they can be fabricated through a good kit-shop?

Black, White or Graphite Black would be my choice and any of them would look killer. Silver or Machined finish would be too common and I hate Chrome.
Why would you want a staggered setup. Is it for looks alone? Do check the width's of the rims on the XUV's available back there and also your X5 M Sport. The width of the rims would also be different. You should maybe come down and check in the market rather than online for buying the tyres and would recommend that you stick with 60 profiles if you are looking for anything wider than 235's.

The main difference is JK's are way to hard for my liking. The ride quality was like its when you over inflate the tyres. Why don't you drive a vehicle which has a set of Bridgestones and then take call.
