No Rehaan, this site is indeed hacked. Since I use IE7, I am allowed to go to the site, within seconds the browser is redirected to some east-european web site.

Looks like maker of Aura Wheels now plans to have a site (auraalloywheels.CO.IN) owned by them; the known one (auraalloywheels.COM) was via some web-site support company, who might have failed to protect the site from being hacked, or may have other objectives as the domain renewal time approaches.

I found this, from whois database:
Quote:
$ whois auraalloywheels.co.in|grep -i "organization\|date"
Last Updated On:18-Feb-2009 22:30:12 UTC
Expiration Date:17-Feb-2010 19:46:41 UTC
Registrant Organization:Aditya Birla Management Corporation Ltd
Admin Organization:Aditya Birla Management Corporation Ltd
Tech Organization:Tracom Networks Ltd.
$
This site is not yet available, though!
So, we have to wait for some more time before we get to see the face of new site, hopefully the permanent one this time. It is preferred that we don't use the known one (auraalloywheels.COM) as that may have malicious codes embedded.

The old site works fine for me, no redirection, I think Neo have a better choice anyway, at least for the Safari.

Infractions: 0/2 (8)

Aura Alloy Wheels which was a division of Hindalco INdustries owned by the Aditya Birla Group has shut down operations completely.
There wasnt enough market to sustain the production facility in its entirety and it became unprofitable for them.
It closed down around a year ago or so.
