This is a delayed response but still, I put up the B290 on my 2012 Wagon R Vxi this May 2017 and have done almost 1500 KMs on them. I would rate them as follows ::

- Road grip and braking distance :: Excellent
- Noise :: slightly higher on rough surface
- Ride comfort :: Excellent

Re: Bridgestone launches B290 range of Tyres in India

Got Bridgestone B290 185/65/15 installed on my Verito today. Stock tyres were JK Elenza, size was 185/70/14.
Only reason for choosing different size as alloys on my Honda City were 15" and now I am going to sell it. So Verito got City's alloys and Verito's rims & tyres were installed on the City.
Price per tyre: ₹4950, total including balancing & alignment: ₹21800.
These tyres are so much better in every way from the stock JK that it came with, no doubt that JK's are simply the worst out there.
Reson for choosing these was simply because I was looking for tyres that would last long, as its just a 65BHP, no thrills Verito, so narrowing down to Bridgestone was very obvious.

Re: Bridgestone launches B290 range of Tyres in India

I am planning to change my tyres on my WagonR VXI 2010 model. The two options on Bridgestone were S322 TL 165/65 R14 79T and B290 165/70 R14. Which option is the best or should I try some other manufacturer. Thanks
