You are sitting on a ticking time bomb. You never know when the tyre will burst and cause a catastrophe. Change the tyres ASAP.

Correction to my earlier post - total running is about 500km per month. The car has run a total of about 17k kms since being bought in Nov '21.

Got the tyres changed yesterday. Got MRF Perfiza 195/60/15. Few of my observations:

1. The tyres are very silent
2. Pothole noise is low and the jerks aren't really felt
3. The ride is overall very comfortable
4. Great stability and confidence at high speeds
5. Steering does seem like a tad heavy when parking maybe, otherwise no difference whatsoever

Also got to know from the dealer that the tyre damage was not due to over inflation, it was in fact vandalisation. Someone has been poking holes in the sidewall! Getting to know this was really disheartening, not sure what satisfaction people get by destroying other's property! Anyways, planning to get a CCTV camera installed to monitor the parking space.

I am currently considering upsizing Honda Jazz tyres from stock to 195/60 R15. But don't know where to get a 15-inch rim for the space saver. The current space saver is a 175/70R14, making it a near disaster for a tyre change in case of puncture. So I'm thinking of getting a proper 15-inch rim, but I have no idea where I can find one. Online searches point only to UK sites.
Hoping one of the BHpians helps me find a place in Bangalore.
Also is it possible to get a single alloy wheel?

The space saver spare is supposed to get you to the nearest tyre shop, where the regular tyre may be repaired and put back on.

When you're running on the space saver, you're expected to maintain lower speeds than normal. It is perfectly safe to ride on a 14' spare till you can get your puncture repaired, it's nowhere near a disaster.

So it is ok to ride on three 195/60 R15 and one 175/70R14 as long as I am not speeding and for a short duration? I assumed the diameter difference would lead to a bumpy ride.

Absolutely!

Manufacturers are stingy in giving a full size spare for two reasons:
- Save space
- Save cost

Modern tubeless tyres don't lose air instantaneously like olden tube type tyres. Hence most of the times, one will be able to drive till safety before the tyre becomes undriveable. So for those miniscule number of times when you'll actually have to use the spare, the "space saver" or smaller spare will be more than enough.

Of late, manufacturers like Maruti Suzuki have stopped providing a spare tyre altogether - all you get is a puncture repair kit!

Curious to know what Fuel Efficiency CVT drivers are getting in city driving with 195/60R15 shoes.
As a new driver, I'm getting 8.6 in city limits and worried that a bigger shoe could drop it more.

You are totally right -> Any bigger difference in the diameter/height would lead to a bad + bumpy ride and is likely to have ill effects on your other good tyres. It is NOT ok to ride on the combo you mentioned above. Seriously consider upgrading the spare to match the rest of the wheels. In addition to upgrading the spare tyre rim, you would need to further calculate the height difference of your new tyres versus your spare tyre, and upgrade the spare tyre accordingly as well. The idea is to minimize the diameter/height difference to the extent possible.

You are right, this will be a near disaster if you don't upgrade your spare rim + tyre.

This is not true. Driving this way would be very risky and unsafe.
The space saver spare has been designed to match the regular "stock" tyres to some extent, but here the OP is willing to upgrade the stock tyres, which will lead to a clear mismatch with the space saver.

To summarize, one should either upgrade all 5, or none.

Thank you for the detailed suggestions. I went ahead with 185/65/R15 and retained one of better older tyres to fit into a new flywheel that I ordered for 175/65R15.
Took the car for a few rides and it is much quieter and smooth on Bangalore roads.
