That is something you can't avoid man. Normal environmental degradation will make them crack in about 4-5 years time any way. No way to avoid that apart from regular usage of the car.

So in that case, should i opt for tubeless tires or the one with tubes?

Tubeless tyres are better. With tubes you increase your chances of getting flats.

Have to agree with iraghava here. Get a set of tubeless 13" tyres. Michelin XM1s are pretty decent & last too.

I had 185/60 R13 apollo Acceleres on my esteem on the stock rims. I heard this the max size on a stock rim.

Stick to the size you have now and TUBELESS :-)

Please correct if I am wrong, but on a 4.5J sized rim 185 would be an overkill. It will certainly cause your tires to bulge. I would strongly suggest to stick to 175/70 R13.

Alright guys will stick to 175/70 R13..., will a budget of 25-30K be enough for tyres and alloys.?

Yup... 30K should be good. The cost of XM1+ should be around 15K for the 175s. From what I've heard the alloys cost a lot cheaper in Mumbai... so, I guess the whole cost will fall within your budget.
