Can you please update us on how these tyres are performing? You must have done good numbers by now so long term report will help buyers like me.

Tyres are very good and I have completed about 30k kms. Quite a few members in our Endeavour group have also upgraded to these tyres.

I got my Apollo tyres from Super Tyres Pune through a local friend.

Can anybody spot the difference between these 2 tires? Vredestein Pinza AT (Severe Snow certified with 3PMSF) and the Apterra AT2 with no such claims. The patterns seem to be identical and pricing is around 20k vs 14k per tire. I'm guessing they are using different compounds for both, but not sure. Interesting quirk of an Indian brand owning an international brand.

Can anyone give a long term review of the Apollo Apterra AT2 for the Ford Endeavour or any other offroad SUV.

I wanted to know the performance of these tyres with respect to Driving Pleasure , Fuel Mileage , Wet Grip , Offroad Performance , Puncture resistance. Also if one can compare it to the MRF Wanderer AT tyres.

Getting the Apterra AT2 tomorrow on my Fortuner. Unfortunately they did not have them in stock today and it was very late in the evening. I will put the pics tomorrow after getting it installed.

Meanwhile I'm posting the photos of the lettering which was in blue, not white. Got confused and they explained me it's just a coating to avoid potential scratches during transportation. Good job Apollo :thumbs up

We're at ~25,000km's on ours, as fitted to Getaway 4x4. These are 245-70-16 113 load-rated, mounted on what I believe are 9" wide aftermarket steel rims.

Overall pleased.

Definitely not puncture or cut prone, we've been over a lot of horrible terrain / off-road, and these seem to be nice, strong, reliable casings.

Have had first puncture recently, a very sharp drywall screw, which could get through almost anything.

These ride a bit harsh due to the firmer load-rated casing, other versions should be more plush. Noise is not noticeable, at least on this frame-on-chassis vehicle.

Dry cornering grip is good, I can push it through fast turns with confidence.

Offroad in dirt/gravel/mud/ snow we've experienced, they've done well.

I don't feel the wet braking on pavement is very good, but this is a heavy vehicle and it may depend partly on that.

I've had a tonne of load in the cargo box with 50psi and these did ok.

Got these from Tyremarket.com at ₹7500/ea and feel this is reasonable.

I'd say they're at about half tread-depth now, so maybe not super long life, but considering the type of vehicle and the hard driving I feel they're quite ok.

When these wear out, I plan to remould in same pattern, as those treads are available in widths up to 265mm nominal (had these done on the Marshal).

The tires have been really good based on my experience. Since changing them, I’ve clocked almost 25,000 km and had two punctures in between, both caused by cycle screws, coincidentally on the same tire. The second puncture happened recently.
I’m posting the pictures below so you can check out the tread condition after 25K km and a year of use. These tires should easily last another 40K km.

What about the Road Noise, Fuel efficiency and Ride Quality experience so far?

The road noise isn’t too high, at least not to a level where it affects the driving experience. Since I haven’t used any other MT tyres before, I can’t compare directly, but I don’t hear anything particularly disturbing from the tyres while driving. In terms of fuel efficiency, I did notice a slight drop compared to the stock Dunlop Grandtrek tyres. Ride quality, however, remains smooth and comfortable. I’ve also done road force balancing at Madhus Tyres, and everything feels well-balanced and stable since then.

Hello Rahul, I am also running these in my fortuner( 265/60 R18) for about 2 years and I am very satisfied with these tires. Ride quality is better then Bridgestone dueler, especially the wet grip during rains is exceptional. Fuel efficiency will take a hit of .5-1 km/100 liters. Regarding road noise , if your vehicle has even ok-ok factory fitted noise insulation then you will not feel a difference until and unless you drive with your windows down.
