Now I am left with choosing the Michellin PP2 but the size they have is 205/60R15.

The 205/60R15 has a slightly lower profile than the 195/65R15? Any concrens? My car is already very low on 195/65 as other skoda owners will tell...

Hey Tdi drivers you guys with 15 rims what tyre sizes are you upsizing to..?

Please help
Thanks..
I suggest you go with 205 65 R15. This will take care of your GC issue at the same time it still has only a 2% difference in Outer diameter which is acceptable. The ride quality would also be marginally better.

PP2 or ES100?

HI Guys thanks for everything.
I look at the market and the Michelin PP2 @205/60R15 are for 6200/- each
and the 215/60R15 YoKohamas ES100 are a bit cheaper.
Now I am ok with either; which ones do you guys prefer...?
The dealer says Michelin is better...

I have both, and can confirm that Michelin PP2's are the better of the two. The Yokos are fantastic too, but the PP2s have the edge.

Dayyum, 16 inchers are so much more expensive. I paid in the higher 8's for my PP2s!

OZ RACING wheels where to buy?

Hi,
After looking for about a year for, stock vRS alloys for my Octy, in vain.
I have decided I better give up the search and look for other better options.
Now I would like to get a set of OZ Wheels for it instead.
Can someone tell me of any dealer in Mumbai/Pune for them?
And anyone using them/reviews here?
Thanks a lot.

As rightly said by akshay1234 that you can get it from 4 Seasons, tardeo, Mumbai or can contact any Darshan Tires dealer and they can arrange it for you in Pune. You can speak to Sachin of Darshan Tires 9823133530 and can give my reference and he can help you out.

Hi Guys,Have to give you my feedback on Four Seasons in Tardeo. Ive had the most terrible experience with them. I have a set of 5 OZ Racing wheels for my Swift. I had bought them online from Performance Alloys, UK 'www.performancealloys.com' as i did not know of a contact or Four Seasons at that time. I purchased a set of OZ Racing Canova which is one of the best designs ive seen. I paid a bomb for them as i had to pay in pounds and also customs. But believe me they are worth every penny!!!Anyway, i happened to meet with a very bad accident in which one of my rims got damaged. I then got to know of Four Seasons in Tardeo and met with Mr. Lalit who at that time was very courteous and helpful and told me that the same could be procured and will take aound 15-20 days as they import them directly from OZ Racing, Italy. I was told it would cost me INR 8908.99/- and was told to pay an advance for the same. I paid an advance of INR 3909/- on the spot and got a reciept for it. This was done on 18th October 2007. I HAVE'NT RECIEVED MY WHEEL TILL DATE!!!! Their excuse is that they are having problems with logistics and some crap and now telling me to take my money back. Now they have stopped taking my calls and when they do, they tell me they are busy in a meeting and will call back but never do that either. This is the worst experience ive ever had and will never recommend Four Seasons to any of the BHPians. I was even directed to the owner of the company Mr. P. Kumar and the situation looked promising but even he has stopped responding to my calls. Imagine the owner of a company treating an potential client like this. I am now planning to take legal action against them.So my advice is, please stay away from Four Seasons in Tardeo. I myself will contact Darshan Tyres and get my wheel. Thanks to Kumar Ranjan for the same.

Really Sad

Hey Epic, it is very sad to hear the experience you had with 4 seasons. I think the Darshan people are also getting it from 4 Seasons, but I am not too sure. You can talk to the person I mentioned and I wish that he can help you. When I was surfing the net I came across OZ India site (O-Z INDIA) maybe you can try to contact them or some Chennai TBhp member can get in touch with them regarding your problem. Here is the address:

Not bad policies from OZ but from methods/Dream Auto who are the distributors for India. OZ probably don't even know their brand is being abused like this in India because of mediocre dealers.

Nanu - I suggest you deal directly with Methods.

Well there is one more place from where you'll be able to get OZ rims, any top quality imported rims for that matter...

Just wait 2 weeks or so, you'll also have your socks knocked off by the prices [In a good way as in lower prices!!!]

Just wait my friends, just wait...
