It was indeed the loose plastic cladding that the wheel was rubbing against. I pushed it back into place, and the sound disappeared. Couldn't get the cladding replaced, however, as TASS wasn't open today.

Its probably some clips which hold the cowl into place that have dropped off. Get them replaced.

I think it is held in place by screws.

Unless the plastic arch has torn apart, just changing the screw will do the trick.

It has broken off at a point where it is screwed to the wheel arch. Will need replacement.
