Which ones did you opt for eventually? Time to change my Cedia tyres, already done 54k kms.

Thanks

And are you not considering MRF Zlo for any specific reason? I have heard mostly good reviews about Zlo.

I bought Yoko A-Drives. Primacy LC was a bit over the budget and none of the dealers had S-Drives in stock during that period due to ISI Mark issue. I have been fairly happy with these, but in all honesty havent done a lot of highway driving since then. S-Drives would be better i guess !

re: Lancer Cedia : Tyre & wheel upgrade thread

My cedia is still on its original tyres, i.e. 2008. Though they have run only 23000 kms, there are a lot of cracks and hardness.

So what would be a good upgrade now?
Criteria:
Max speed: 120 km/h (my limit, not the cars)
Good grip in rains
Low noise on concrete roads
Comfort

The Michelin website shows Primacy LC and Primacy 3 ST, but there is a lot of confusion about its availability at dealers in Pune.
Michelin XM2 195 , 60, R15 is available at approx 5800 but this is not my first choice.

Saw Bridgestone Potenza RE 88 for 5200 but did not like it and reviews are not good.

Yokohama AVS DB is not available though the website shows it. Dealers dont even know it exists, they are showing me ES100.

Is Yokohama C drive a good balance tyre?

So maybe it will be between Primacy 3 ST and C Drive. Is there any other alternative? Budget is max 6000 per tyre for a set of 4.

Mrf zlo - for a change here is a tyre made locally with great grip and cornering for a very reasonable price. They are quite comfortable too. Only issue is a bit of road noise.

re: Lancer Cedia : Tyre & wheel upgrade thread

Am planning to Upgrade my stock tyres to 225/60R15 at the rear and 205/60R15 in the front.

Can I install on the stock alloys ?
