I dont think Steer had Hankook Dynamics.. I am running those on my Safari.. No sign of wear till now.. Still going strong.

The OEM rim size is 6.5Jx16. I believe you need atleast 7.0J for 255mm.

Yours are tube type or tubeless stocks? I know tata also provides OEM alloys but have no idea about their cost. Any one can you please help on this.

Guys, I wne to bridgestone showroom in sector 16 noida and teh guy told me that he will charge me 10k for all 5 tyres after taking teh stocks(bridgstone). he was saying he wil put Bridgestone Silverstone tyre.
Any idea for this deal. And how good ar prestige Alloys.

Oh ok the usual sister concern sales ploy eh!!!

Bruty - Silverstone is in no way related to Bridgestone, whatever the dealer might tell you. This is a common sales ploy used by tyre dealers in Delhi to hoodwink customers. The only subsidiary Bridgestone has is Firestone.

Prestige alloys are pretty good though. Do make sure you have the correct width, offset & PCD.

hi all...i have gone through quite a lot of threads...but am not just able to decide on which tyre...here's a small list that people are using....can some one rate them...i am looking for 255/65R/16 tubeless....which one is better..can someone help me out....
Michelin Synchrone
Yokohama Geolander (A/TS OR H/TS)
Hankook Dyanmics

also a site said that anyting between 7.0jX16 to 8.5jX16 rims would be fit these tyres...can someone suggest the best fit as well...thanks

Gentlemen,

My truck would be 6-months old soon, and it will go for the first service this week. It has done only about 2.5K Kms, should I get the oil changed or not?

Any more inputs on specific things to watch out for in the first service...
