It sounds like rear wheel alignment is off.

But without numbers it's difficult to pinpoint the 'culprit'.

Without re-doing rear alignment adjustment again, replacing with new softer tyres may not help much if there is a differrence.

Rear wheel alignment was also carried out.
As you mentioned, will get the balancing done when I get new tyres and see if problem persists.
