But I got back 200 bucks for my 10000km run JK OEMs..:( cheated?
Wrote to Michelin India about the track suit, promptly they replyed back and also called back on my cell and confirming that by this weekend, I should be getting track suit as per their ad . Nice service and response.

One question, does it required to do alignment for new tyres? I thought only balancing is sufficient, as I had alignment done just 2000KMs back.

Yes Rs.200/- for OEM is too low, infact after I gave tyre to the second hand tyre seller, I realised that I could have got upto Rs.700/- per tyre if it is within 15K KMs.

regards,
-manju

In 185/70-14 there are 3 tyre options
1. Michelin Energy XM1
2. Yokohama Aspec A300
3. Bridgestone Potenza GIII

Out of these Potenza GIII would be the best in terms of performance(grip) But the other two tyres would be better than GIIIs in other parameters like road noise, comfort and FE.

U don't need Rs 5000 per tyre. All these tyres cost less than 3.5k per tyre.
