Hi everyone,

Thanks a ton for your suggestions, I did not find my Swift sluggish at anytime during the last 2 years and it still does manage to do a 100 on the 2nd gear well till the rev limiter sets in. The only mod, if you can say so is the K&N Stock replacement filter that I've got. No other plans of mod's atleast.

I am going to stick to 205's with 55 instead of the 60, which I guess is the right upsize considering I already have 15" alloys.

The new Getz 110 bhp whacker has got me thinking though D'uh!!!.

GIIIs are "has been"s on the forum.
Good tyres. But, they're almost out of production, i think.
A lot of superior tyres in the market now.

215/40/17 is fine with a swift.I use it....LBM sir uses it...with no problems at all....the tyre doest touch anywhere....yesterday i had my boot filled with luggage and 5 people sitting on board and still the tyres didnt scrap.

I agree with the part of the drum brakes and suspension being visible but that depends on the rim design. In my rim you can see it but from near by only. But who cares the swift looks HOT!!!! with 17".

I dont know if its true but the place from where i got my tyres said he had fitted 18" on a swift as well.

18" IMAGINE
