Re: MAtiz rims rusted - help

Searched around the forum, was confused whether to post this here or in the paints thread, decided to put it up here. I need kind help.

One of my loose wheel caps was lost on a long drive and has left my hub exposed. This is a very difficult and impossible to source wheel center cap and all my searches online have not been fruitful.

I am now thinking if this area here can be painted to guard the surface against moisture, water and dust.

The monsoon upon us, I want to get this done asap. Can someone guide me to a DIY for such a kind of thing?
