Tyrex is quite good as it is very much customer friendly. Moreover they are open 24x7.

You are wrong. Tyrex is having one of the horrible customer service in Cochin and they also push some high commission brands. Their alignment/balancing work are top class.

I had been there twice and though I did not buy tyres from there, the sales guys were behaving in a customer friendly way.
And you have agreed to their top class work, that also is customer caring. Ain't it?

Infact, I meant about the work quality in general. But their sales team are profit mongers and I would say don't buy anything from them but go for other tyre works.
