Suggestions for "Tube" upgrades for my Zen

All,

I have a Jan 2005 Zen Lxi and it has clocked about 34,500 Kms till date. The tyres (MRF ZVTS) are in good shape (as confirmed by the MA service station). However, I have had about 5-6 punctures in my car. Hence, I think its the right time to change the tubes as I plan to take her for a long drive on the expressway.

Please suggest if I should change the tyres as well of I can change all the 5 tubes?

No need to change tyres if they are fine (no cuts etc), change only that particular tube which has more punctures or just keep it in the spare and use the spare for this journey.

Punctures are not a problem anyways within the city limit.

I had some bad experience with MRF tubes as the air inlet thingie tore off from 3 tubes leading to puncture. Tyrewallah was adamant that I had puncture and I drove with that leading to damaged tube.

Eventually I switched to Bridgestone ones.
