Mercedes C-Class : Tyre & wheel upgrade thread

Guys,

When we bought C220 Cdi it came with Goodyear tyres, after 25000 we changed it with Bridgestone Potenza G3 225/50R16.( i am not sure about profile right now)

Its time to change tyres so which brand and size should i go for ?

I'd second that.

PP2's would be good choice. Provide the perfect balance between ride comfort and handling.

On Iraghava's recommendation, I went ahead with PP2's. Theres been no looking back, man. Great level of grip (better than Eagle F1's) and controlled road noise.

Well, slight problem. I can't for the life of me remember the stock size on the C-Class!

Can anyone confirm whether it's 205/60 R16 or 205/65 R16?

GIII for that price is sheer stupidity. You would get PP2 for that price easily. And yes, PP2 is a performance tyre.
