Hi,
For those who have seen / not seen my earlier posts.. I am restoring a 1967 Jeep CJ3B.. Pics as on a fortnight ago can be seen at
Jeep Pics
I could do with some suggestions / help at this point of time... The vehicle is ready for tinkering / painting ... I am about to choose tyres for the vehicle..
The vehicle will be parked outside so question is do I go in for alloys or not.. If yes, then which ones...
With or without alloys, which would be the best typres for the vehicle.. I found some info on the net which has only added to the confusion.. Check this site for the tyres which are available
Tyre Comparison
Let me have your suggestions / feedback.. In case you are wondering what colour the vehicle is going to be.. it is greenish black.. and if I am retaining the old rims.. they will be painted black...
The vehicle will be used mostly on city roads on weekdays and on weekends it will hit the off-road.... There may come a time when I may just take my jeep to my farm in Ooty and just leave it there..
thanks for your time..
