Beautiful Those alloys have been a favourite since long. Your car looks great - the alloys have done a lot to enhance the looks of the car.

Congrats - enjoy the ride !!!!!

Cheers

Get a set of 20mm spacers from H&R, then it will look a lot better with the wheels flush with the Fender.

Mate, I have tenzo R bought from Lenso Anand at opera house, I know him very well, which is basically made by Lenso, I had purposely put 215/50/R17 to avoid interaction btwn the body and the tyre when there are people sitting in the back and also not to compromise on the suspension comfort. Pretty much happy with the tyre size, its like driving on stock.

I had put Yokos grey market as this size is not available with the Yoko distributors India make. Bought it from Saifee the biggest cheat in pricing in town.Anyways had no option as no one had the size I wanted

What has happened is that I just came back from Delhi and damaged 2 of my alloys (strange Lenso wheels getting damaged), I have already replaced them with new ones it took 4 visits for me to get the alignment right for the car but I am still not happy, the car is fishing on the road at 50 and more if I go on high speed.

I had been to the Honda Company and they had put the original tyres and it is not fishing; now the plot thickens for me, cos damage is not visible with naked eye. I don't know whether it is the tyre or the 2 rims that I have not changed, but those 2 rims are not damaged unless they are out of shape. The guy also said you change your tyres from yoko to Good year or Michi, Michi doesn't come in this size, so only Good Year, hard to find, I don’t know how much more money I will spend on this and whether this is the solution.

I am going to Premji in Mumbai tomorrow, he has infrared with laser and can check whether the rim is out of shape or not.

Want to have your thoughts Bhpians.

Please help if you can or advise who can help me on this.

This is little urgent as I am worried.

Its time to change the tires!! Would like to know the available options in 225/45/R17 along with the prices.

Also What if I fit 215/45R17?? Somebody recently educated me that 225 is an overkill for the Civic, 205 is perfect but since I have 17" I was wondering whether I can shift to 215/45/R17 this time. What are the tires options in this size as well along with the prices.

If these are 7J wheels, then 205 will fit perfectly and you have alot of options when its 205/45/R17. I think almost all brands.

Guys let me decide my tires please, no Mugen or ICE talks here please

Well all the sizes 205/45/R17, 215/45/R17, 225/45R17 are in the 3% error limit, Which would be the best gurus?? Help
